Where is God when it hurts?

The message to take with you in hard times is that when you cannot see His hand, trust His heart. Know for certain without doubt that He has not forsaken you. When you seem to have no strength of your own, that is when you can most fully rest in His presence and know that His strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9-10).

God does not give you what you cannot handle. There is a time and purpose for everything. When in pain, make God your pillar of strength.When in sickness, offer up your sufferings unto Him. When your heart is filled with hate, ask God to pour His light into your darkness.

Look around you, look deep within you. There are angels of light all around you, who will lend a helping hand, a simple gesture of kindness, words of hope and encouragement. Allow yourself to receive the Lord's everlasting grace.

Believe in Him.
