When you are burdened with problems like money, food, education, career etc, know that there are others who are less fortunate than we. Some have lost their family, no roof over their heads, no food to eat, no clean water to drink, depression, abuse. Be thankful for the situation that we are in. Its only natural to always want more than what we have but take some time to reflect on the bounties that have been provided to us, are we willing to give up what we have for someone else?

Remember to take a deep breath the next time we are stressed, close your eyes and reflect on our own blessings. Does it matter 10 years from now the stress that we are inflicting upon ourselves. Be thankful for what we have. Give, when we have the opportunity to help others.
